Renovation eines klassizistischen Patrizierhauses. Daraus entstanden ist eine Pension mit sieben Zimmern. Jeweils zwei Zimmer wurden zu einem Hotelzimmer mit Bad und Ankleide zusammengefügt. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die Bar, das Frühstückszimmer und die Rezeption. Im Untergeschoss ist eine Taverne.
