AIA Architecture Award 2025 Winners
Coinciding with the AIA Conference on Architecture & Design that was held in Boston last week, the American Institute of Architects (AIA) has announced the winners of its 2025 awards, including the ten winners of its Architecture Awards.
Like numerous organizations these days, the AIA gives out a lot of awards. In addition to its Gold Medal, Firm of the Year, and 25-Year awards, which are announced ahead of the annual conference, the AIA gives out awards in nearly thirty categories, including the AIA/ALA Library Building Awards, the COTE Top Ten Awards, the Housing Awards, the Interior Architecture Awards, and the Small Project Awards. Awards to almost 200 recipients and projects were given out in 2025. Given how the Architecture Awards honor “the best contemporary architecture regardless of budget, size, style, or type,” they can be seen as the best of the best by American architects. The ten winners of the 2025 AIA Architecture Awards are listed below, with links to their project pages on the AIA website.
