The main facade of the garage is on Via agli Orti, with the lateral front on Via Dr. Beretta Piccoli, the service access to the Italian Hospital. The parking places are on the five upper levels, wrapped by a facing of aluminium parts that offer protection while allowing the content to be visible. The ground floor is occupied by a multipurpose hall with a cafe and shops, facing Via agli Orti, creating a direct contact between the park and the neighborhood.
The idea behind the project is to optimize the functioning of the garage, its access and internal movement in search of parking spaces, and the pedestrian walkway that connects the parking facility to the new Italian Hospital, passing through the park.
The project therefore provides a building with an urban character, with a ground floor for public functions, in pursuit of a dialogue with the hospital complex and its vicinity.
