Phase I of a project to build two houses on a 440 tsubo site divided into two separate buildings. The existing trees on the north side of the site, including camphor trees and zelkova trees over 10 meters tall, were left standing, and the buildings were arranged to open onto the wooded area left on the adjacent land to the south. In addition, a new garden was prepared on the west side of the first floor. The wood deck, ramp, and pilotis are attached to the external environment, allowing the residents to feel closer to the garden while living in it.

Inside, the owner's furniture and hardware from the existing house were used to create a more relaxed atmosphere.
