A residential complex built along Tsunashima Kaido in Kawasaki City.
The six-story building will have parking space on the first floor, rental space on the second and third floors, and housing on the fourth through sixth floors.
To reduce noise and vibration from the road in front of the building and to prevent flooding, which is common in this area, the lower level is a RC structure, and on top of that are three levels of residential space with a steel panel structure that allows for flexible planning and thin walls, plus a rooftop.
