In cooperation with the city of Winterthur, sa_partners developed the high-rise concept for the city of Winterthur. The concept represents an important steering instrument and a concrete guide for Winterthur in order to shape the growing city effectively.
The high-rise concept shows with which measures and at which locations benefits can be achieved for the city by means of high-rise development and how a high-quality development in the third dimension can be ensured. It builds on the long urban development tradition of Winterthur's high-rise development and includes different fields such as architecture & building culture, urban climate & ecology, use as well as mobility.
