A former scrap yard site between the main road and the railroad line at the northern end of Blaichach was available for the new production hall of a plant manufacturer. The official requirement to seal the entire surface of the site was met by asphalting the subsoil. A slight detachment from the ground gives the structure a floating character and provides additional safety in the flood area of the nearby Iller river.

The actual production hall with a usable area of approx. 1000 m2 consists of a low-cost steel structure that was wrapped on four sides with multiple polycarbonate web panels - in line with the users' wish to create a bright, glare-free hall atmosphere. The translucent outer skin reacts to different weather and lighting conditions and gives the building an opaque, mysterious appearance that supports the company's philosophy. Particularly in the evening and night hours, the backlit structure functions as an advertising and image carrier, as it were, in its entirety. In the meantime, a dynamic lighting system has also been installed using so-called RGB light, whereby soft color gradients can be generated and chronologically coordinated color sequences can be projected onto the interior façade. The composition is based on the four seasons with the focal colors blue (winter), green (spring), red (summer) and yellow (autumn), and in this way provides in a superimposed sense for a recultivation of the contaminated site in the midst of a scenically intact environment.
