When designing a residential building looking out into Biscayne Bay in Miami, maximizing views and sunlight with outdoor spaces for as many units as possible is essential. In order to create such a structure, short facades were stretched to fit three waterfront apartments, adding an additional unit than the typical waterfront block. Lower FAR was raised to the top, and the structure was shifted into three slanted and rounded sections to express each apartment's outdoor space. The landscaped base provides residents with amenities and viewing decks, as well as a common place to interact and enjoy.
